Waiting, watching...

The primers arrived today, which was surprising. This means that I will be able to do PCR today. Right now, the concentrated primer samples are on ice (they have to be at 0 Celsius for one hour before performing a dilution) so I'm waiting for that hour to be up. I decided that while I was waiting for the primers, I might as well do some more research on BLAST, so now I'm also waiting for the search to finish...

That's pretty much all that's scheduled for today. PCR in an hour, then gels on Monday or Tuesday (hopefully Monday.) There's no lab meeting on Monday, so if I don't have to work, I can probably run the gels then. If not, Tuesday.

  1. Josh...I don't have a clue about what you are doing but I'm sure you're doing a good job.
